Our spicy numbing chili oil
Soybean paste aged by boiling broad beans (broad beans) and
Chinese ginger and maturing with Sichuan pepper.
Chili oil flavored with star anise, cloves, fennel, huajiao,
cinnamon, and Sichuan pepper.
In order to minimize the hassle of the maturation process,
It is produced in large quantities at the exclusive sauce factory of
Pixiu mala Hongtang. Korean red pepper is added here to
complete Hongyu with a differentiated taste.

Finely ground roasted raw peanuts and peanut oil are
aged for 24 hours and boiled with egg whites and rice wine.
Hwasungjang completed by mixing sesame powder.
